Self-Improvement is a Trap

After years of "working on myself," investing hours into journaling, courses, masterclasses, self-care strategies, and "improving the self..." I realized: It never ends. No matter how big of a breakthrough you have, it doesn't feel encouraging because you know deep down, there's still more work to be done before you can 'have it.'

Meaning the life, self-trust, passion, freedom... living in your truth, breathing it, deciding from it, expressing it - rather than just knowing about it intellectually.

That's when I also realized: I was so damn tired.

Of always feeling like there was more work to do before I could feel the way I wanted to feel. It seemed the version of me who moved through challenges or growth already with self-trust was still so far away...

So, in this episode we'll dive into the reasons why the "personal development" or "self-improvement" industry is so dangerous and depleting and actually not helping you step into your power at all. And what led me to get the he** out of personal development, and feel more like me even before I have it all "figured out."

If you've done the work of getting to know your true self and adopted the "self-care strategies" that were 'supposed' to help, but still feeling stuck, overworked, and burnt out, like there's always more you need to do before you can live in your truth and embrace self-trust, this one's for you.
