3.3 Lifetime Access

5. Refunds & Payment Policies

All purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Live Events & Workshops
Some live offerings may include a specific money-back guarantee.
To qualify:

You must attend live and participate as required

You must contact us via email within 24 hours of the event’s start time if you wish to activate the money-back guarantee

Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

6. 1:1 Sessions (When Offered)
For any live 1:1 or group sessions offered outside of memberships:

Pricing will be agreed upon in advance

Payment is due after the session unless otherwise specified

A payment link will be provided after the session

Payment must be completed within 7 days

Any previous session must be paid in full before a new session can be booked or offered
If you are dissatisfied:

You must communicate this in writing within 24 hours after the session

Saqe may, at its discretion, offer a follow-up session or waive the payment
Repeated non-payment or unresolved balances may result in being restricted from future bookings or access to Saqe offerings
7. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
All content created by Saqe - including courses, templates, frameworks, written materials, and resources (free or paid) - is protected by copyright.
You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content

Share materials with others

Upload or distribute content on other platforms, including AI tools
Unauthorized use may result in removal of access and potential legal action. If you wish to reference or share Saqe’s work, you must obtain written permission or clearly credit Saqe as the source.

When engaging with any Saqe spaces, including but not limited to the website and community spaces in memberships, you agree to:
