How I Started My Healing Journey

I've shared a story about how I started my healing journey, when I realized that the same things kept holding me back over and over again and I made a choice that healing was my priority.
Maybe you've had a similar experience: You're tired, burnt out, feeling stuck and overwhelmed. You don't feel like the real you anymore. You're living life on autopilot, wondering when you'll begin living life with meaning, aliveness, and purpose.
You're sensing the deeper truth within: This can't go on anymore. There must be more to life than this. Enough is enough. This isn't working, so something else has to be better.
But then... where do you start? How do you... heal?
I'm going to be 100% straight with you: There's no one magic step that will "solve everything." Healing, finding yourself again, building self-trust - it all takes time and effort.
And even though there's truly no "one-size-fits-all" for what you need, I'm a firm believer that there is one element, a choice, a lifestyle if you will, that lets you step off the treadmill of a busy life that never seems to hold space for you to heal, or even figure out your next step.
And that once you begin making this shift... everything changes. Not overnight. Not like magic.
But space starts to open up. Answers begin feeling clear. Opportunities have the chance to find you.
That's why in this episode we're diving into the foundations of how to actually begin healing - from burnout, overworking, over-functioning, disconnect from your true self, you name it, and start living from your truth instead of just knowing all the things you could be doing but for some reason aren't.
What actually creates the space and possibility of healing? How do you actually begin when you know you want to create a life different than the one you're living right now? Why isn't it working to try harder or "figure it out?"
