There’s a deep, nurturing force within every woman - a feminine energy that has been there all along, quietly waiting to be embraced.
But for many of us, it’s easy to lose touch with this part of ourselves 🖤
We live in a world that often celebrates hustle over flow, doing over being, and productivity over presence.
It’s easy to forget that we don’t have to keep pushing ourselves to our limits just to feel worthy or be enough.
I, too, lived much of my life disconnected from my true feminine energy, bound by the invisible shackles of the good girl conditioning.
The pressure to “keep the peace,” to be perfect, and to never show vulnerability or imperfection left me feeling drained, disconnected, and stuck in cycles of burnout.
But over time, through learning, healing, and embracing my true essence, I’ve come to reconnect with my feminine energy - and it’s been life-changing ✨
In this post, I want to share with you some of the ways I healed my feminine energy.
These are some of the steps I took (not necessarily in chronological order) to shift out of burnout, inauthenticity, and exhaustion and into flow, alignment, and joy.
And I’m sharing them with you because I know this journey is possible for you, too.
But it’s not about doing more, it’s about embracing who you truly are 🌸
1 - Learned What the Feminine Energy Is Really All About 💫
One of the most powerful realizations I’ve had on my healing journey was understanding that feminine energy is not weak, lesser, or inferior (as society tends to define it) - it’s powerful, magnetic, and healing.
We often get told the narrative that being “too feminine” isn’t enough to bring you respect or success.
So we feel the pressure to live more in the “strong” masculine energy - always productive, always striving.
But when I started to truly learn about feminine energy, I realized it’s not about fitting into a box or being someone we’re not. It’s about tapping into an energy that is nurturing, creative, intuitive, and deeply connected to the flow of life.
And it’s about tapping into a part of ourselves that feels more authentic, more aligned, more freeing, and more connected.
Which, ironically, brings us more success, fulfillment, and purpose overall 💗
2 - Tapped Into My Feminine Energy in Small and Simple Ways 🫶
Reconnecting with your feminine energy doesn’t require drastic changes. In fact, I found that the more I started to incorporate small, intentional practices into my day, the more I healed 💞
Simple things, like listening to my body’s needs, slowing down to savor my meals, or allowing myself to take breaks instead of pushing through exhaustion, made a world of difference.
Little by little, I allowed myself to receive - whether that was a compliment, a quiet moment of rest, or an unexpected act of kindness. And this simple shift created more space for the feminine energy to flow through me. And with that, I noticed my energy shifting from one of exhaustion to one of intentionality and joy.
(If you’d like to dive into this more deeply you can read my blog post on how to activate your feminine energy).
3 - Understood the Difference Between the Male 24-Hour Cycle and the Female 28-Day Cycle 👫
One of the most eye-opening things I learned was that my body was designed to work differently than the masculine “ideal” I had been trying to live up to.
The 24-hour cycle that the world encourages and structures everything around doesn’t align with the feminine rhythm of a 28-day cycle and therefore keeps most women feeling depleted, unsuccessful, and constantly striving - thinking they’re the problem.
When in reality, the real problem is the expectations that are placed upon you 💔
When I began to understand the power of my cycle, I let go of the guilt that came with feeling off on certain days and pumped on other days.
Instead of pushing through burnout, I learned to honor the natural ebb and flow of my energy where some days are for deep work and productivity 🏋️♀️; others are for rest, introspection, or creation 🧘♀️
When I started aligning my tasks, self-care, and social life with where I was in my cycle, everything started feeling more aligned, energizing, and peaceful.

4 - Focused on Healing My Relationship with My Body 🧘♀️
One of the most powerful parts of my personal healing journey was re-building my relationship with my body 🫶
For years, I struggled with different eating disorders, burnout, and constant tensions, inflammations, and more.
And at some point I realized, my body doesn’t trust me anymore.
It doesn’t trust me to nurture it, honor it, or value it. Because I hadn’t.
And this was much due to the feminine energy living in the body (while the masculine lives in the mind) and so the connection to my body was deeply tied to the connection (or lack thereof) to my feminine energy.
I needed to gradually learn to be more intentional and compassionate about the way I was treating my body and I needed to learn just how powerful and wonderful the female biology is overall.
So I read books that showed me the truth about female bodies. I celebrated the powers my body holds. And I began to honor the messages my body was sending me - whether it was tiredness, hunger, or the need for movement 💫
Healing my relationship with my body meant no longer using food, exercise, or self-judgment as tools to prove my worth. Instead, I began to focus on nurturing my body, respecting its wisdom, and embracing the feminine power of self-care.
5 - Shifted My View of Success 🌟
This was a big one for me. I used to view success as something I had to achieve, something outside of me that had to be won or earned.
I was constantly striving for that next thing, always looking ahead to what I hadn’t accomplished yet.
But through embracing my feminine energy, I began to shift my view of success.
I now see success as a process and a state of being - one that is fluid, evolving, and enjoyable.
Instead of focusing on the end results, I learned to enjoy the journey, trust divine timing, and honor each step along the way.
This shift has given me the freedom to experience more joy and fulfillment, even when things aren’t “perfect” and when things aren’t “done” yet.

6 - Started Living in Alignment With My Values ⚖️
For years, I went through life doing what I “should” do, rather than what truly resonated with me.
I was afraid to disappoint people, to say no, or to make choices that weren’t aligned with others’ expectations or conditions for how one “should” behave.
But when I started exploring what I truly value - what I stand for, what brings me peace, and what energizes me - I began to live more authentically 🖤
Living in alignment with your values doesn’t mean pleasing others or following the crowd. It means honoring your inner truth and making decisions from a place of self-respect and authenticity.
And this is the way you truly unlock connection, unconditional love, and impact 💟
7 - Changed My Environment 👪
Another huge step in my healing journey was changing my environment 👯
I surrounded myself with people who valued joy, peace, and empowerment - people who honored their feminine energy or qualities too (even men!).
I also stopped spending so much time with people who drained me or reinforced the conditioning that kept me stuck in the good girl role. In some cases, I cut ties completely.
Changing my environment included everything - from where I lived, to who I spent time with in my personal life, to what movies I watched, to who I followed on social media (which nowadays I barely engage with at all), to whom I seeked advice/knowledge from or looked up to as role models.
The guiding question became “does this help me feel joyful, relaxed, and supported or does it make me feel tense, drained, disconnected, or like I’m not enough?”
I also made small changes to my physical environment - things like decluttering my space, creating a more relaxing atmosphere, and adding beauty and inspiration to my surroundings ✨
In the past, I always felt like these were “unnecessary, girly, or a waste of money or time.” But, yet again, I realized this was the ‘hyper-masculine’ grit I’d gotten stuck in and I deserved to slow down, feel cherished, and take in my own beauty and the beauty of my surroundings.
All of these changes helped me feel more connected to myself and my feminine energy 💓
8 - Embraced Moments of Stillness 🔕
The world constantly pulls us toward doing, achieving, and “hustling.” And we carry it like a badge of honor, like somehow it’s “good” that we’re ‘busy, tired, or overworked.’
But I’ve learned that true power lies in the moments of stillness and in living intentionally.
Taking time to breathe deeply, slow down while I walk, or simply sit in silence has been a cornerstone of my healing.
These moments help me reconnect with myself, listen to my inner wisdom, and cultivate a sense of peace.
So if you’re feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, I encourage you to embrace stillness and learn to slow down - even if the world around you hasn’t caught on yet (which is why changing your environment is so important too).
Take a walk in nature, close your eyes, just breathe. Allow yourself to pause.
It’s often in these moments that you reconnect with your feminine energy and replenish your batteries 🧘♀️
9 - Shifted My Approach to Productivity and Goals 🎯
I’ve also completely changed how I approach productivity and goals. Instead of focusing on striving, pushing through, and achieving, I began to focus on unfolding, enjoying the process, and learning from resistance.
I now make sure to check in with my energy before defining my tasks for the day ✅
I align my workflow with my menstrual cycle to the best of my abilities 💫
I focus on working smart, not hard 💛
And I live intentionally, trusting the process and creating space to receive all that I desire 💓
By embracing a more feminine approach to productivity, I’ve created more flow in my life and business. I no longer feel like I have to hustle non-stop and I also don't feel like it's something 'out there' that will finally make me 'enough.'
Instead, I trust that what I’m meant to create will develop in divine timing and in the most aligned way.
10 - I Accepted that Not “Everyone Must Be Right But Me” 🧡
Finally, one of the key aspects of my growth and healing of my feminine energy has been to accept that not everyone has healed theirs.
There are a lot of successful people out there (and people who aren’t but still act as if they know best) who don’t align with my deeper, feminine values and needs.
And instead of abandoning my own truth because they say “this is the way things must be done,” I’ve learned to remind myself that their way is not the only way.
And I’ve learned to turn inward and check in with myself (and the parts of me represented by the feminine archetypes) before changing directions or taking in advice.
If you're seeking a path to healing all parts of yourself that you may have lost, forgotten, or abandoned over the years in deep alignment with your feminine values and needs, then I highly recommend taking a look at my course journey Honestly You 🧡
(Right now, I’m sharing early access to my new course journey, Honestly You, exclusively with my email community. If you're not part of the community yet and want to have access to these early experiences and opportunities, you're more than welcome to join - at the bottom of the page 🖤)
The truth is, healing your feminine energy is a journey - a process of rediscovery, of unlearning old habits and discovering new ones.
You’ve had this energy within you all along, but it’s easy to get disconnected when society values the opposite 🖤
But when you start learning about, embracing, and living in alignment with your feminine energy, you’ll experience a shift that feels empowering, peaceful, and freeing.
But remember, these are simply some of the ways that I healed my feminine energy. Some of these may resonate with you and some won’t. That’s okay.
You’ll find your unique way and that’s what you’re meant to do.
